What parts of the brain are involved with hallucinations?

I'm talking about all types of hallucinations; visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory, tactile, proprioceptive, equilibrioceptive, nociceptive, thermoceptive and chronoceptive and anything else I might have not listed.
