A change in diagnosis?

Hi guys. How are you all?I hope you are having a good day.I seen my pdoc yesterday morning.My diagnosis has been changed from Bipolar 2 to Bipolar 2 with psychotic features.I get the mood swings from hypomania to depression as well as auditory hallucinations. I am now on an antipsychotic as well as a mood stabiliser.I am a bit confused about the diagnosis. I read that Bipolar II cannot have psychotic features so is my pdoc confused?Should the diagnosis not be Bipolar 1?Anyone else been dx with Bp2 with psychotic features?Thanks for your time everyone.Take care now.
