I always have music playing in my head..?

I not sure why, but i do have music in my head all the time. I play the violin, and sometimes for me it might be the violins playing, but its just usually music of any kind. It get so obsessed with music i can listens to it for hours at a time, and i listen to it whenever i can. When I start playing my violin, its like i cant stop until I feel satisfied with my results. This also really bothered me when i tried to sleep. whenever i wanted to sleep, i would try to blank out my mind and power down, but i would hear music. i dont know why, but it would just keep coming back each time i tried to block out the sound in my head, which gave me plenty of sleepless nights. It was a bit hard for me, but i tried to either completely stop listening, singing, or humming to music in a day or at least tone done how much music i put into myself everyday. I find that if you try to just stop playing and listening, the music starts to die down. I also hear odd things like spoken and short conversations, or whispering when it's not really there. those sorta haunt me in a way, while the music helps my mind better because while it does annoy me while trying to sleep, but it helps block the world out, and i have a very strange paranoia of some things. I hope this will help you as I used to have problems with the music in my head, but now its duller than it was before. I dont have it with me 24/7.
