Do I have a mental illness?

Lately I have been having auditory and visual hallucinations. The visual ones aren't that bad and kind of entertain me. Just things melting and breathing and looking like waves. But at night I hear talking, yelling and repetitive noises such as basketballs bouncing, machine guns, etc. When it's talking its always different voices and it can be positive, negative, or even totally nonsensical things. They don't really scare me so much as irritate me by keeping me awake at night, such as right now -_- Anyway a little background life is kinda rough right now. Dad almost died I almost got locked up and I probably have to move again. Also I'm 15 and have a history of schizophrenia depression bipolar and all that good stuff in my family. Do I have any of that?
