What is a good LIGHT deck? (YuGiOh!)?

I would like to have a LIGHT deck for my Yugioh duels. But I'm not sure what kind of cards I should have in it. The stradegy I would like to use is with my card Inferno Tempest so i can remove from play all my monsters and all my opponets. But I want to bring them back some way. Say a card that lets me bring back removed from play LIGHT monsters (only). Thanks.
