Are these internal auditory hallucinations?

so sometimes, not just when I'm falling asleep, but sometimes, randomly I hear voices in my head. they don't say stuff like "burn down your house" or anything bad, but just completely random stuff. and sometimes when I'm reading they kinda repeat the words after I've read them. and I was wondering if they're internal auditory hallucinations? coz they're not my own thoughts or anything.
