Is this Psychosis or perhaps Schizophrenia?

Hi. I am 23 years old and live in the UK.For about a year now i have been having auditory hallucinations.It is two men in my head talking to one another and they also talk to me.They say that i am worthless and better off dead.The voices are there all the time and i can't get a break from them.Recently the voices have become more sinister.They have told me to harm my family and myself though i don't think i would do that.The voices are very disturbing to me. I am scared that i might eventually start to believe them.I have also been getting messages from the TV.There are times when i really believe that the TV is talking to me and about me. I told my psychiatrist what had been going on and she put me on 2mg of the antipsychotic Risperidone.She doesn't want to diagnose me with anything yet because i am still young.Is this Psychosis or perhaps Schizophrenia?Thanks for your time.Take care everyone.
