I know I am bipolar, but I also know that my symptoms are not reality?

as far as im aware, individuals with bi polar people are aware what they're hearing/feeling is "weird", unless they reach a dellusional stage where they feel its normal and think they're fine - but not everyone with it will progress to this stage.
