Can you suffer physical damage from psychosis ex. veins in the eye breaking?

Ive had burns and blood coming out od under the protective layer of the skin, i also went to the eye doctor for multiple reasons with my eye being burnt. This last time I went he said it looked like i took sandpaper to my eye and rubbed it. My psychosis is auditory only now tell me could this kind of stuff happen to you?
