Auditory Processing Disorder?

now that I think about it, with all the therapists that i've went to (they told me nothing about what was wrong with me -.-) i realized I have APD. How am I supposed to go about continuing school? my grades are really low as always. Wat do specialists tell APD people like me to do to improve this or not make my life miserable cuz of this?
