Am i psychotic?Please help.?

Hi. I am 23 years old and live in Glasgow,Scotland.For over a year now i have been having auditory hallucinations.It is two men talking to one another inside my head.They talk to each other and they also talk to me.They say that i am worthless and better off dead.Recently the voices have become more sinister.They have told me to harm my family and myself though i would never do that.I dodn't recognise the voices and they are very disturbing and depressing.They are there from the moment i wake up to when i go to sleep at night.I am scared about going to the doctor incase he puts me in hospital.Am i psychotic?Do i have a psychotic illness?Thanks for your time.
